At MYRich Pickles, we take great care to ensure that every product is prepared, packed, and shipped with the highest hygiene and safety standards. Since our products are food items, we follow strict return and replacement guidelines to maintain product safety.

📦 Returns (Not Accepted for Food Products)

Due to the perishable nature of our pickles, we do not accept returns of any opened or unopened food products once delivered.

This policy ensures:

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged Product Received

If your jar is broken, leaking, or damaged during delivery.

✔ Wrong Item Delivered

If you received a different product than what you ordered.

✔ Missing Items

If something from your order is missing.

If any of the above issues occur, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:

  • The outer package

  • The product

  • The shipping label

  • The damage or issue

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable ONLY in cases where:

  • The product is out of stock after payment

  • The order is cancelled by us due to delivery limitations

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a valid issue

  • Duplicate payment is made accidentally

Refunds will be transferred to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
