We sell non-veg pickles and related food products.

  • Food items cannot be returned after delivery

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept online payments through Razorpay, including:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

Razorpay securely processes all payments.
We do not store your card or payment details.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Invalid address

  • Payment failure

  • Stock unavailability

  • Fraud detection

If cancelled from our side, refund will be processed accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, weather, holidays etc.

  • Shipping details will be shared via SMS/Email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.

7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Since we sell food products, returns are NOT accepted.

Replacements are offered only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item missing

Customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
